Level 1 Catering Students have raised £70 for Macmillan by making a variety of cakes. This took place on the High Street Campus on the 2 October, guidance from tutor Richard Newall. They made chocolate muffins, shortbread and scones with jam and cream. They then gift bagged the goods and displayed them for sale in reception by Maria. Posters were made by the students to advertise the cake sale.
