First Project for Catering Students

As part of their introduction to the course, Catering & Hospitality Entry 3 Level 1  students went on a fact-finding mission on Skipton High Street.
Students were asked to look at the diversity and range of catering outlets and examine in more detail services and products offered.
The students benefited from being able to compare and contrast the different food offers and price ranges.
Catering Tutor, Richard Newall said: “Any real-world interaction we give the students is invaluable as it gives context and meaning to the topics and units the qualification covers. The students also really enjoy the experience.”
