Craven College catering students have been given a wonderful opportunity to work with the Northcote Group and are teaming up with The Bull at Broughton to raise money for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice on Tuesday 16 January. The students will not only prepare and serve a tasty three course banquet under the direction of Paul Morris, Head Chef at the Bull, but will also staff the front of house operation.
The evening will costs £25 per person which includes a complimentary drink and canapés on arrival followed by the 3 course dinner.
This real life experience will give the students a unique view into the workings of Head Chef Paul Morris which will allow them to build on their knowledge and then implement their new skills in the College Brasserie.
Craven College students are thrilled to be working closely with the Northcote Group and look forward to more collaborations in the future.
The event will take place at The Bull at Broughton.
