On Tuesday 13 November, Craven College came together to put on Community Cohesion Day created for students and staff to tell their story about culture and/or faith. The stands displayed images and information along with items or food from different countries for students and staff to look and to sample.
In addition, Paul Stephenson, Youth Officer, The Soroptimist International, IDAS and Project 6 all attended, looking at positive relationships, drug and alcohol awareness, information on hate crimes and looking at community cohesion.
Learner Mentor, Linda Sands says "It was a great and well-attended event which was enjoyed by all! Thank you to everyone who took part and came along to learn about new cultures and community cohesion.'
