Hair & Make-up Artistry

Have you been dreaming of working in the fashion – make-up industry? You can develop fashion and editorial make-up artistry skills as part of our full-time theatrical and media make-up course!

As well as fashion and editorial make-up, you will explore the many contexts of media make-up and hair design within the creative industries. You will be encouraged to take an experimental approach to application, materials and creative development to produce innovative and contemporary design work. This includes make-up and hairstyling for fashion editorial, wig work for theatre, TV, and alternative design contexts (eg, publications and the catwalk). To enable you to operate across design platforms, you will also be trained in photographic skills and digital publishing.
