On this one day course, you will learn how to make a number of different types of artisan bread that will impress your friends and family.
You will make: sourdough, rye and spelt bread and focaccia.

All equipment and ingredients will be provided.
Please bring along:
- A box or two to take your produce home
- Your own apron (if you have one)
- A packed lunch
