Fees & Funding

Once the College has finalised its proposals for 2020/21 Tuition Fees more information will be published. Any proposals will be in line with Consumer Price Index, our Fee Policy and Government guidelines and requirements. Please note Foundation Degrees are qualifications in their own right and students progressing from a Foundation Degree to a top-up year are subject to a new fee.

Overview

You will be taught through a combination of lectures and in-class practical activities which help to embed learning and appeal to a variety of learning styles. Your learning will be supported by Moodle – an on-line electronic resource platform managed by your module tutors, by the excellent LRC at the Aireville Campus in addition to the College’s Specialist Support Centre.

You will need to undertake significant independent study outside of taught sessions. Students will spend their time in College in informative lectures, workshops and tutorials, however, there will be an expectation that students will spend the double amount of time, developing, ideas, techniques and processes outside formal College time.

The Photography HNC is a nationally recognised qualification in its own right and is the first year of an HND course. Students may be able to progress onto the HND at the College if there are a sufficient number of students.
