Want to learn the principles behind foraging as well as some easy to identify, safe edible plants you can start adding to your dishes?
Foraging is all about discovering natural sources of wild food. This course will focus on greens which can be added to salads or other such dishes, the plants will be easy to identify and widespread. This course will be practical and involve walking to find tasty specimens.
Be prepared for all weathers, we will be walking regardless.
