Overview

Foraging is all about discovering natural sources of wild food. This course will focus on greens which can be added to salads or other such dishes, the plants will be easy to identify and widespread. This course will be practical and involve walking to find tasty specimens.

Be prepared for all weathers, we will be walking regardless.

  • Shoes & clothing you are comfortable walking in for a prolonged period
  • Bring sufficient water & food for lunch
