Trio of smoked salmon, mackerel and haddock with horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, brown bread and garnish

Butternut squash soup, lightly spiced and served with crisp croutons

Roast turkey with traditional trimmings, vegetables and potatoes

Salmon with dill and lemon crust, buttered new potatoes and green beans 

Honey roast root vegetable and goat cheese parcel, vegetables

Plum pudding with brandy sauce
