Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days from date of despatch, as long as the items are in their original condition. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning the items to us.

We offer all our customers a choice of collection or delivery. Any of our products can be collected from our Aireville Campus at no extra charge. However, as stock is held across our campuses, you must arrange an appointment first. Please contact 01756 791411 to arrange a convenient time for collection.
We use Royal Mail for all our delivered items. All our posters and prints are packaged in tough cardboard tubes and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.
We offer special rates for bulk deliveries. If you wish to order large quantities of items, please call us for a shipping quote.
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. Please refer to your card issuer's terms & conditions for further info.
We usually send out orders within ten working days of receipt. However please note that some items may take longer to ship. Hoodies and Polo shirts in particular can sometimes take up to 28 days to manufacture. If your order is placed over a college holiday period there will be an additional delay in shipping your items. We will advise customers if any delays are expected.
