Course Studied: BA Combined Studies
I was made redundant in November 2008 so it was a good time for me to consider a change of career. I have a young son so I didn’t want to go away to university but found I could study for a degree in Skipton.
I have enjoyed being back in an education environment, working with like minded people and I have found the tutors to be very supportive.
I have no regrets about going into full time study, it has widened my circle of friends and broadened my career options. I have already recommended the course to a friend in a similar situation to myself who wants a career change.
