Step 1 - Choosing
Look through the course information (available in the Further Education Course Directory or to view online) and choose your course.
Step 2 - The Application
Once you have chosen your course, fill in an FE application form which can be found in our Further Education Course Directory, or in our downloads section. You can also apply via our online application service.
Early applications are advised but if you are unsure about completing any part of the form, please contact Student Services on 01756 708 008 for help and advice.

Alternatively you can drop your application in to our Skipton High Street Reception which is open Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (term time) and Monday - Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm during holidays (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Step 3 - The Interview
Once your application is submitted you will be invited to an informal interview where you will have the opportunity to find out more about the college and your chosen area of interest. You will be able to get details of the course from the tutors interviewing you, along with general impartial advice about being a student at Craven College from Student Services staff. If you already have the entry requirements for the course you will be given an offer, or if you still have exams to take you will be given a conditional offer.
Full-Time Courses - HND, Foundation degree and BA/BSc (Hons)
Craven College is part of the UCAS admissions system for higher education. This means all formal applications for full-time HND, Foundation degree and BA (Hons) courses should be made using the UCAS online application system UCAS APPLY accessed via www.ucas.com. The Craven College code is CRAV88 which will be required by UCAS to identify your college of choice. Please note that additional costs may be incurred at enrolment for membership of professional bodies and exams. Please check details when you enrol.

Part-Time Courses
All applicants for part-time HNC/D, professional and higher education courses should complete and return the application form which is included in our Craven College Degree Level Course Directory or request a HE application form via Student Services on 01756 708 008.

Once we have received your application we will send you detailed information on the course in which you are interested. Applicants for certain courses may be invited to attend an interview with the Course Team Leader.
To book a place on a Part-time Leisure Learning course please print out and complete our part-time booking form and send in to the address below. Cheques should be made payable to Craven College. Alternatively you can make your booking over the phone using credit or debit cards or call in at our High Street Reception. For details of opening hours see above.

Please be aware that minimum numbers are required before a course can run. In the event of a course failing to recruit sufficient numbers we will refund the fee you paid when you booked this course. In all other cases fees will not be refunded. If you decide not to continue your studies for any reason the full fee is still payable.
