The Brasserie-style restaurant is operated by students from Craft Catering & Hospitality Management courses and we offer good quality, freshly produced food at competitive prices.
Lunch (Bookings are advisable)
A two or three course menu from 12.00 noon, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Fridays at the Brasserie (Booking not necessary)
We are open from 10.30am – 1.00pm serving coffee, scones, cakes, homemade soup and tasty snacks in a café style atmosphere.
Theme Evenings (Bookings are essential)
A three course menu 6.45pm for 7pm served on Wednesday and Thursday.
Party bookings are welcome and special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
Customers are invited to take the opportunity to sample our culinary fayre throughout the college year.
