You will have the opportunity and are encouraged to join the Learner Council and/or become a class representative. The college values learner opinion because the college is here for you. We want you to participate and give us feedback. You will also have the opportunity to stand for election as the student governor and help to improve learner participation and involvement across college. We carry out a series of surveys during the year. Please help us to improve services and your college experience by giving your views as honestly as possible. We value your feedback and suggestions on any aspect of our services.
Craven College is affiliated to the NUS (National Union of Students). All full and part-time learners are entitled to become card holding members. Union members can also apply for a NUS Extra card which is a discount card with a range of exclusive discounts, offers and competitions designed to make learner life more exciting, more memorable and more rewarding. Use it to make your money go further on books, clothes, sports stuff, CDs, travel, computer gear, gigs, eating out etc.
