You will learn all aspects of mechanical repair from diesel engines to welding and fabrication. You will be taught how to keep operations running smoothly through pro-active maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery.
An exciting industry where every day is different. A key part of any operation is well maintained equipment and quick effective solutions to unforeseen problems. You may be working in a main dealership servicing and maintaining modern equipment or working for an agricultural engineers who specialise in all aspects of engineering and fabrication. Your work may vary dependant on seasons and you may be required to work in all weather conditions.

An assessor will visit the workplace regularly to assess your competence and to help you build a portfolio of evidence. You will attend college one day per week to complete the Technical Certificate and complete final online exams.
